New Course for Aspiring Young Leaders

Trainetics Launches New Course, Aspire Leadership Programme.

The first Trainetics Aspire Programme was held in November at the British Airways Global Learning Academy, London Heathrow. The course was attended by 16-18 year old students from Wellington College and St Helens & St Katherine School.

The course takes a deep dive into leadership development, the importance of teams, their dynamics, as well as self-awareness and the significant role of situational and emotional intelligence. Alongside this, the students gained and refined a range of highly pertinent skills including handling conflict, influencing and resilience.

Training focused on equipping the students with a highly personalised suite of principles and skills alongside eliciting a deeper understanding of the ways in which it is possible to optimise leadership in highly complex organisations.

Highlights included a full motion flight simulation together with a range of workshops and seminars covering such topics as Situational Leadership, Hierarchy Vs Authority Gradient, Transactional Analysis, Time Critical Communication and Emotional Intelligence.
