Trainetics attends education day for senior registrars to give an introduction to Human Factors.
Trainetics faculty member Mark Ponnusamy teamed up with the East Midlands School of Anaesthesia (EMSA) to give an introduction to Human Factors to a group of senior registrars in Anaesthetics.
Joining the day remotely, Mark outlined the basics of situational awareness, decision making and systems thinking in order to give an overview of the how these aspects of Human Factors can revolutionise working practices in the field of Anaesthesia and beyond.
