GSTT SRH Bespoke Course

Trainetics Delivers Bespoke Human Factors Course to GSTT SRH Staff.

Training focused on equipping participants with a highly personalised suite of principles and skills to complement their clinical competencies and elicit a deeper understanding of the ways in which it is possible to optimise leadership in highly complex organisations.

Trainetics were delighted to recently work alongside GSTT NHS Foundation Trust to design and deliver bespoke Human Factors training for the SRH team.

The training took place at the etc.venues Prospero House, delivered to 120 staff over two days and encompassed a series of highly tailored workshops aimed at both imparting a sound understanding of Human Factors together with how these principles can be applied to the particular challenges and professional practices of the department. The sessions covered such topics as Situational Awareness, Decision Making, Workload Management, Intervention, Communication, Time Critical Events and Leadership.

It was great to see the team acquire a firm foundation in HF principles alongside developing their own suite of personalised skills for immediate deployment within their complex, dynamic system.
