WILL COLDWELL

Will started instructing early in his professional life while in the Army where he trained future Officers in basic soldiering, leadership and teamwork skills. Due to injury, he moved across to civilian flying where he flew with Easyjet before joining British Airways on the Airbus 320 and is now a trainer on the A350.

Alongside flying Will has founded and grown a Tech company through 2 rounds of funding and an exit and has since worked with scaling companies’ leadership teams in various sectors designing and implementing go-to-market and growth strategies.

Through his various roles Will has developed a particular interest in understanding the evolving role of the human in an ever more complex technical environment. Through HRM and leadership training he is keen to drive the concept that although the Human element of any system is the most fallible and error prone, it is also the only element of that system that when it catastrophically fails, is capable of heroic recoveries.

Will is passionate to develop and deliver training that arms people at all stages of their career with practical tools that help them either as high performing team members or as effective leaders regardless of the situation or industry.
