Julie began her career in aviation with British Airways operating as Cabin Crew on both long and short haul aircraft.

Julie has been in learning and development for over a decade, both in the aviation and hospitality industries. During this time she has undertaken many roles including designing and delivering a vast training portfolio of safety, medical, human factors and customer service training. Julie has considerable experience in designing and delivering train the trainers and assessing competency of trainers, in particular as a CRMTE.

Julie has a degree in psychology, and a passion for empowering people to get the best out of themselves by sharing knowledge, skills and awareness. This is the core of her delivery and human centred design.
