Claire is a passionate Learning and Development Specialist and Associate CIPD Member, with over a decade of experience in training design and delivery across diverse sectors and industries. She began her professional career at British Airways, working as Cabin Crew, before pursuing a Learning and Development role at the British Airways Global Learning Academy. Claire was responsible for delivering, designing and overseeing the Safety, Medical and Emergency Procedures Training for Cabin Crew and Pilots. Developing a passion for coaching and mentoring eventually led to a promotion to a Quality Assurance and Trainer/Assessor role.
She now specialises in Customer Experience and Personal Effectiveness, working with clients ranging from frontline teams to senior executives. She creates and delivers impactful, bespoke learning experiences both face-to-face and virtually, working across a wide range of sectors including Hospitality, Retail, Legal, NHS, Government, Residential Care, and GP Surgeries.
Claire is known for her engaging and impactful delivery style, her deep expertise in people development, and her ability to connect with learners at all levels. Her mission is to inspire growth, enhance service delivery, and support individuals and organisations in reaching their full potential.
