After a number of years with another airline, Ben joined British Airways on the A320 and is currently a trainer and examiner with much first hand experience of how fundamentally important human factors and leadership training can be in enhancing performance.

Ben understands that training efficacy depends on highly individualised tailoring and is experienced in delivering these tools for delegates, having engaged with their individual backgrounds and experiences.
